Wow Wee…your schedule is packed. I am glad to see the food prep classes. I’ve been wondering about that. With the abundance of delectable raw foods available it is easy to fill up your plate and sit down and eat. But to shop for these foods then come home & prepare them is ghastly & time consuming to me. I barely have time to make a big salad & that has to last me 2 days! Do they shop daily? How long does a raw food dish last? Oh so many questions.

Love reading your posts. Mr. Muggins has been at his vacation home for a week now, adapting quite well but misses his outdoor time.

    Love to you both!

Anabel… you’re correct. Shopping for food items and preparing vegan (raw) meals does take more time. We’ll have to expand the number of stores in Sahuarita AND Tucson to find quality food items. The raw food meals are prepared fresh daily. We’ll gather more recipes and share with you when we return home.

We’re having fun writing the blog posts. We’ll each write over the weekend. The class schedule will have less lectures and give us time for special activities (we’ll share). Love you!

  3. Thanks for sharing. It is all fascinating to be sure. Will you continue this plant-based diet at home? Both of you are amazing … and do you attend all those lectures or just the ones you find the most helpful to you? A lot to take in and a lot to do!

Good to hear from you. YES…. we have to figure out how to transition from the standard American food and meal prep to a vegan (raw) diet at home. We have attended every lecture this 1st week. The weekend will provide more flex time for other pleasurable activities (we’ll do blog posts).

This place is wicked-cool! I love all of the subjects they touch on. I’ve completed 2 Donna Eden Energy Medicine courses; one for our furry children and one for un-furry us, I think you guys will be awed and amazed at that info, and I’m curious as to what they will say about EMF Protection!
    xoxo!

There’s so much we can all learn. Always room for improvement!

Glad you’re going to get some pampering over the weekend!
