Everybody knows that the Eve of any special occasion is when the party must begin. And this birthday was no exception. MANY THANKS to all who sent me e-mails, texts, and phone calls. I feel very loved and blessed.
After breakfast and good byes on Monday morning with Kristina, I took the Sausalito Ferry over to San Francisco. I was blessed again with a clear sky, but the ride across the Bay brought back MANY memories of Dennis and our boating days. I will admit it made me sad …
But the views …

We docked and I had a chance to speak with my sister about Mom’s funeral. More on that later. A short Lyft ride took me to Marty’s client’s house in Pac Heights. No photos of her house, unfortunately, but now I know how the other half lives.
Marty and I had some legal business to handle in the afternoon, and then we went back to my place. We had a lovely afternoon in the sun before walking down the road to Salitos Crab for my Birthday Eve dinner.

We stayed up WAY TOO LATE back at my place afterwards, but of course we had fun taking pictures and drinking wine!

Thank you, Marty, for making my Eve so special and fun. I love you.
The Eve was Day 6 of my trip. With all of the Joy I had already experienced, I couldn’t even imagine how special my actual birthday would be.

We had so much fun! Too Much Fun, indeed!
I love you Diana!
