And here we are …. almost 6 months after my last post. And thank you, God, I’m still here along with all of my friends and family. Not one soul has been lost to COVID in my little corner of the world. I feel very blessed.

These 6 months have brought many challenges and lonely times, but it’s also brought insight, laughter, love, and wonderful surprises. Not the least of which has been meeting a man on the 4th of July via a dating app …. something I said I would NEVER do. I’m learning more deeply to NEVER SAY NEVER, especially now. NONE of us have ANY IDEA what life we’ll all create in our new normal future. I think it’s so important that we all stay OPEN and follow our heart.

But this post is to share with you my next Travel Adventure …. 6 days in the Seattle area with my niece and Twin Soul, Jewelz. I’ll wing my way north tomorrow morning (Labor Day 2020), masked up of course, and excited to do something completely different …. spend 3 nights on a PRIVATE ISLAND in the Puget Sound! Ever heard of Herron Island? I hadn’t. But here’s a visual of where we’ll be Tuesday thru Thursday nights….

Just look at the pictures of this place! Jewelz has stayed here a few times already so she knows the drill. I am so thrilled to enjoy this place with her AND totally relax mask free (just like being at home).

It’s very exciting to me to travel again. I’ve missed it SO MUCH. And to do this with my Twin Soul …. it makes it so very special.
