On Wednesday, Aug 23rd, we worked our way up to Vancouver. It is about a 3.5 hour drive from Seattle, but we had to make a few stops along the way ….

On Wednesday evening, the two families enjoyed a gathering together.

I met Danielle for the first time. What a sweetheart!
The venue for everything is on the waterfront and within walking distance from our place

After the gathering, Joe and I decided to walk home. Look what we found! The shop was closed but he served us gelato anyway!

Better get some rest …. tomorrow is the BIG DAY!!
